At First Day, we want you to love every piece you wear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Our streamlined process ensures that finding your perfect fit is as effortless as our aesthetic.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact and securely attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt to monitor its journey back to our warehouse.
